Cintura Desprezada was developed by M. Bimba to teach students how to land on their feet. If sb can't do it,isn't master of it.
Cintura desprezada is a drill. Our aim is not to be a "master" of a drill, we try to master capoeira. Then the drill is thrown away. (In the same way a boxer isn't a "master of rope skipping")
If there is such thing as "master of cintura desprezada", it is a person who is able to throw people who grab him in a roda with a seemingly effortless movement of the body (which is what the phrase "cintura desprezada" really means).

Yes, I think You are not masters of Cintura Desprezada, but You know fundament of it, and now should practise, more practise ...
I'm not happy, because rarely am seeing high level of it.
