Well, why did me and my friend see one looking at us in broad daylight around the corner of my bedroom door at the same time while we were watching tv in the living room? We both looked up and it had the nerve to linger it's big ass black head there for about 2 seconds when we looked at it at the same time before ducking back in the room. Of course, nothing was in the room or the house except me and him. That's proof to me. You don't have to believe me. We know what we saw.
shadow people are just illusions of the mind. Your brain is a complex piece of biomachinery that is not all known how it works. If these "shadow" people are real, why is there no physical evidence of their visits?
I was held down by a shadow person in the North Shore of Hawaii. I was half asleep and couldn't move or scream. I felt like I was being strangled and about to be killed! Very scary!! Then I snapped myself out of it's clutches. I hear it happens a lot in Hawaii due to the massacres that went on in it's history.

And i saw this demonic face on my wall one time. I praied to Jesus for help and now its gone, this was 15 months ago. Very creepy experience. Peace and love from Norway.

No they are not, it is very common mistake to mix demons with shadow people. But the main diffirence of those two is:demons try to harm you in some way, shadow people are completely neutral, they might try to communicate with you(usually if you are meditating or dreaming) but they don't intend to harm you.
