@jenarbey - I have 9 Sandy Posey CDs all with decent sound quality - unfortunately this track doesn't appear on any of them, and I can't find any information on where or when it was originally released.
For the record, almost all the YouTube videos of this song that claim to be by Sandy are in fact by some other artist. After listening to your clip, go listen to the others and you will immediately hear that they are pitched a full tone higher. Then you'll notice it is not the same voice.
