Acctually in my oppinion off the rails is just a little better cause you can walk around and there's better graphics. If you want to just play a game do thrillville, but if you wanna make something that ain't a death machine, GET RCT3 OR NOLIMITS!!!!

Hey. This game there is a lot of limitations but the sequal to Thrillville will blow RCT out of the water. Look up "Thrillville: Off The Rails" It is the sequal and there is nothing you can't do! It looks freakin sweet!
