no no no she was the first NCAA athlete to win all 4 events in her college career [not necessarily in the same year] i know she placed 3rd on vault this year but she won the vault title earlier a coupleof years ago

She won vault a different year. She's the first gymnast to win all of the NCAA individual titles during her college career. "All" she needed this year was floor.
No one has yet one them all in the same year.
