  • What is your very tiny brush? It is the citadel fine detail brush?

  • i always get stuck at this part my painting gose great but wen it comes to highlighting i suck the paint usualy drys on the brus and the lines get to big an un even, any help?

  • Thank you for this guide, I just used it to paint my first mini. I used craft paints, so I was freely mixing colors, but it still came out pretty well! It's not up to the same level as yours, but I'm thrilled with my first go at it.

  • ich kann auch farbe uber eine figur schutten

  • Excellent technique. How do you keep the brush so pointed, though?!

  • just the greatest painter ive ever seen :O + u smoke? :(

  • With all due respect I think you are a man

  • @caspos1987 u should mind ur own business

  • @Goldie919 So should you.

  • @caspos1987 T.T ok..

  • thanks mrs doubtfire

  • Alexandra-Awesome tutorial again! Wish my hands were as steady as yours for those great highlights, will keep trying. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

  • Im not amazing at painting and i cant afford much paint what shall i buy and what would be easier to do buy look as good? thanks

  • @mirrorboy117 i have a special video for that question. what colours to start with ;-)

  • if you dont have space wolves grey - can i just add more white?

    great video :)

  • @TheFabregasFan sure

  • @GirlPainting thanks :)

  • i always learn so many nice ideas from here videos always great to watch. I like the idea of tin bitz then the gold it works so well i've been doing it for all my minitures ever since. Though i love using the dwarven brass of whatever its called its a deeper color its nice i dont like using gold that much plus the burnished gold as a highlight still works.

  • yet another "GREAT" video!!

  • great all-inclusive videos! I think it is going to be one of the best beginning to end sets on youtube, once we get the last video of course. Always love your stuff, thanks!

  • you say 'just like that' a lot. Are you turning into Tommy Cooper?

  • @1madhammer i don´t evan know that guy ^^

  • Nice tutorial and nice painting. :) You wouldn't happen to have any tau that you could do a tutorial on do you?

  • BTW I wanted to ask... What if i have a little bit shaky hands.. I'm having a hard time painting eyes and stuff like that. Is there something i could do? Support it in some way or..? Anything? Thank you!!

  • @ElephantHannibal everyone has shaky hands. You just need to do it a lot the more you paint the more muscle memory you will have and the shaking will be a little less or you can concentrate for long enough to do small things. Even pros get shaky if they don't paint for a while. My hands shake heaps but it helps if you paint similar models you'll find it steadies out as you go.

  • @Digitalrecline That is an awesome answer! Thanks man, that actually made sense. :D And now that you say it, you are right. I need to practice more so that my eye and movement get used to small things. Nice tip thanks! I will work on it harder faster better stronger! :)

  • @ElephantHannibal you could give you hand support by placeing you pinkyfinger on the modell or so...

Another way is to paint, paint and paint som more.

  • Awesome!! Thanks for submitting this video!! You still make it look easy. :DD

  • love this tutorial! helps me alot. also, what paintbrush are you using for the highlights?

  • @donutboi88 its an 3/0 brush, but you could also use a gw fine detail brush

  • What a great resource for Ultramarine players!

  • awesome!!

  • hey alexandra could u do a carnifex paint tutorial video because im starting my third tyranid army and i want a new scheme my old ones are kind of bland.

  • @millstan594 if you give me a carnifex i could paint one ;-P

  • @GirlPainting *crys* i live to far away it would cost me like 80 bucks that i dont have

  • @millstan594 see, i don´t have the money eaither....but you should look through my videos....there is a Tyranid Warrior Speedpainting Video...maybe that helps you ;-)

  • @GirlPainting i already used that scheme on my second army :p

  • culd u do a nurgle csm tut?

  • first great tut
