I dont think thats true. an acrostic poem uses the letters of a TOPIC word to begin each line. all the words have to do with the topic line. and 'cocaine' has nothing to do with "come one come all into ninteen eighty-four" or with this song for that matter; but its kinda cool that you thought of that.

Knowing what we do about Brandon, I think it's pretty safe to say he has read it. He just doesn't want to come off as too analytical, so he keeps the reference pretty basic. The guy is a natural intellect.
