  • Great! Thank you!

  • Hey when i do the shoulder push ups, my wrists really hurt, do you have some ideas or tips or anything? please!

  • @LifeDrain1 Thanks for your question.. I use wrist wraps.. also maybe a half round or some yoga blocks so you don't have t bend your wrist back as far. Of course if you can't find a way to do it without hurting it's your body's way of saying DON'T.. Good luck

  • @actualizeU So if ur wrists do hurt i shouldn't do the exercise? @ our MMA lessons we crawl as warming up, after that my wrists always hurt but the trainen told me, that by time your body is going to develope itself so it wont hurt anymore, is this true? (Same with shoulder push ups)

  • @LifeDrain1 My approach to any joint pain ( wrist included) is find a way to do it without pain. If you can't do that then do another exercise. That's how I'm managed to keep going at 52 so it works for me. Best of luck.. and take care of your wrist friend. .

  • @actualizeU Thanks, i will

  • hey thanks alot man for the video its great who would of thought milk juggs lol. BUt yea great vids and awesome body keep it up brother.

  • i tried the handtand thing and fell on my head and broke some vertebrae. then I was doing the water jug thing and spilled water on my laptop and electrocuted myself. i'm out of the game for a while

  • You can go check out the book titled 'Convict Conditioning'. The final goal would be to be able to do one-arm handstand pushups, with little or no wall support for your legs

  • man i can't believe you're 51, you look absolutely AMAZING!!!!

  • mad brolic

  • Good instruction. Clear and straightforward. I've been training for 30 years and I'm always looking for accomplished people with well thought out approaches to fitness. Your videos are an excellent source for that. Thanks and keep them coming!

  • @mrneige Thanks I appreciate that. Keep watching

  • Great video thanks Rick - I think people underestimate body weight exercises but they are very effective when done right.

  • @kahunka very true, and you can do them anywhere.

  • 51? dang!!

  • @philateliceun Yeah.. I can't believe it either LOL

  • For the handstand shoulder press I take it regular old push-up stands could be used instead of the foam you used?

  • @supernova1990 yeah. you can use push-up stands.. I didn't try them because I felt the half round foam was more stable. Maybe yoga blocks would work too if you have some lying around. Let us know how they work for you . Thanks for the comment.

  • @actualizeU Thats a good idea, I'll try some yoga blocks. I'm going to try phase these into my workouts over the next few weeks and try build up to the point where I can actually do some full ones. I'm finding them a lot harder than I initially thought I would.

  • @supernova1990 These are tough.. Like I said I maxed out at 10.. so it's not for everyone..

  • thanks for the video

  • @TemeculaParkour you're welcome.

  • That is cool how you multiclass training/massage and maintain health and strength to show an example for cliants. Shoulders are one of the coolest muscles, I want really strong anterior for tricks like planche but I see balance is very important for posterior, and the medial is just pure meat for getting a V or X shape.

  • @tyciol Thanks very much . I appreciate the comment. Honestly I didn't know what Planche was so I googled it. Very cool. I think I want to give it a try. If I get good enough I'll make a vid on it. Thanks for the comment and for teaching me something .. Rick
