I don't even understand why the fuck Christopher Walken was in "Sleepy Hollow." For God's sake, all he says is "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" And he says "Ssshhh" to young Miranda Richardson once, but come on.
@prue6967 lol i thinks its like nc says that it was suppose to be a bad movie but really wasnt...but ya youre right christopher walken dosent isnt even correct for this role in this kind of movie
That's not fair, I envy Christopher Walken a lot, simply because whenever I start fighting with inannimated objects (like mops, or atms) everybody justo points me and laughs, or when I start dancing outta nowhere, I just become an outcast...guess not everybody is born with a star to be strange
There is a carbon copy of Christopher Walken out there and you know who that is? Willem Dafoe. Yep they look alike and even talk alike if you compare them, except Dafoe is blonder and has less of a strange emphasis on certain words as Walken has (although he does do the sudden whisper as well) and for a long time I couldnt tell them apart when young. I thought Walken was in to live and die in L.A until I saw Dafoe in Spiderman and saw the slight difference in the name.
"His long pauses, spontaneous whispering, and emphasis on words that shouldn't be emphasised..." reminds me of how the G-Man from the Half-Life series talks.
The Ripper actually wasn't the only video game he's been in. He was in the True Crime games. He played a different character in each game. The things he says in the game are of course...very awkward. :)
i LOVED chris walken in batman: returns. "she thinks she can blackmail me, I'll drop her out a higher window. Until then *bow tie* I got better fish to fry" LOL
I like Christopher Walken, but the nostalgia critic was too annoying with his whiney voice. So this close to nine minute video, I watched in less than two minutes. It's great to be able to skim through these videos and skip over the critic wannabes trying to be so cool but desperately failing.
@riverrocker7 Hey, Maybe you know, that's what I was trying to do. The title says "11 Most awkward Christopher Walken moments" you know. That's why, I like, you know, watched this. Instead, you know, I got like this video. Hence, you know, I posted that comment, Like, you know, thinking it was more Chistopher Walken, you know, due to the title of the video, you know. Like come on, you know, how was I supposed to know some critic wannabe would take up more video time, you know.
I like Christopher Walken, but the nostalgia critic was too annoying with his whiney voice. So this close to nine minute video, I watched in less than two minutes. It's great to be able to skim through these videos and skip over the critic wannabes trying to be so cool but desperately failing.
Wonderfully enough, a friend of mine does a great impression of Mr. Walken, and sometimes picking up the phone is an adventure with ol' "Christopher" about what to do on the weekend. Love him to death, though, he's a great actor (and dancer :3), and deserves more credit than sometimes given.
Walken is definitely one of a kind. His look, his voice, his insanity. Imagine if he was your dad giving you advice growing up. You gotta love the guy!
I think he threatened the fire hydrant as practice, for when he would threaten a person. Either that, or he figured, "Hey, I'm Christopher Walken. I'll do whatever the fuck I want.
@HilariousOperation I call it Walken's Taxi Driver moment. When he threatens the fire extinguisher, it's like when De Niro threatened his own reflection.

There actually WAS a point for his death threat in Joe Dirt. There's a scene before that where we learn that his character was a secret ex-mobster who relocated to that town, after his wife got wacked, and became the school janitor. That scene was a bit of his inner mobster coming out. The Critic just didn't remember it or possibly failed to mention it.
It's from a SNL sketch where he plays a dude with boring super powers. It's on the DVD mentioned at the end. Get it, seriously it's fuckin' hilarious.
Christopher Walken totally should've been Tom Bombadil,it works so well.
