Secondly, many incidents all over the country are filmed by news reporters every day - this is a fact of life. A police officer taking the law into his own hands and grabbing a camera phone out of someones hand in a public place is not on. It does constitute as "interference with your property" which is an offence for a police officer.

I saw this happen - there was a drunk bloke who got real mouthy with a girl bar staff, the bouncers got him outside but he kicked off - Police turned up and nicked him, but then his girlfriend got involved and jumped on top of one of the Police as they were trying to handcuff the bloke.
The girlfriend got pushed back but kept on screaming and swearing so they nicked her as well. In the struggle her top came undone and her boobs came out! Mucho amusement.
