Take parts of the middle east for example, their roads are a complete mess and they have soo many deaths over there related to traffic incidents... It is totally unsafe to even walk in certain areas especially when its busy, because their traffic system is so messed up.

@IceKake2 Granted the camera is tolted down a bit so it is hard to tell, but it appears they do not have any sort of traffic lights...

A lot of places use roundabouts and I think they are marvelous. I wish we would use them more than we do here in Kansas. They seem to be much more smooth in letting traffic get around plus it forces peopel to slow down. None of that oh yellow light lets speed up to try and catch it.
