Harley, is vinegar alright to include in your diet? I have omitted anything processed, but heard you mention you sometimes use vinegar in your salads in one of your videos. I bought on- ingredients: red wine vinegar, grape must, natural sulphites. Organic no preservatives. Was wondering your take on it please?

DR, what is your body fat %? I always feel like I'm in good shape compared to everyone I work with, but after seeing those abs you made me feel kinda fat. I'm at ~14% body fat and that's cool, but I might want abs like that one day and would like a good target number.

@1imesub I dont know what my body fat is. I could eat a stack of salt and store lots of water and cover up my abs and look 'fatter' but havent actually gained a GRAM of fat. Most people just have lots of edema from their high salt intakes and sedentary lifestyles.

I eat low salt and live the adventure lifestyle. ALWAYS keeps one 'trim' with ZERO effort. Its like throwing a rock off a cliff into the ocean. Its NOT gonna bounce back and hit you in the face.

@1imesub He is about 16% bodyfat. He is skinny (skinny fat), but the % of fat layer in relation to his little muscle mass looks about 16%. Not exactly a bodybuilder on this 'diet' lol. Look at guys with a lean muscular body... are they eating 30 bananas a day for their body? No. There is a message in this.
