The so called Judge is violating his oath of office and is an embarrassment to the legal profession in America. He is not the only one as Justice Clarence Thomas has pointed out in his comments before Congress.

Numerous judges that have had the issue of Barry Soetoro brought before them have grasps at straws to avoid even hearing this case.

John Paul Stevens announced his retirement from the court on April 09, 2010. At the time of this conference there were only 8 judges active. Thomas plus the other seven equals 8. It is the retirement of Stevens that has opened the path for Obama's second SCOTUS nominee, Elena Kagan.
