Thank you. I think the circle rotating your talking about is the Dept 56 Scaried cat Ferris Wheel from 5 years ago. The fountain is just a wedding cake fountain for about $20 that i sprayed with that fleck paint. Hope that helps? thanks again

OMG! I love, love, love your display! I have never seen some of these pieces. Where in the world did you get the fountain and tell me about the electric circle in the back. I've watched it a few times and just can't get over how much work there is involoved in this display. Cudos and Happy Halloween ^v^

It was from Walmart about 4yrs ago when they use to do village peices now they dont carry anything like that anymore. its sad... and the spinning pumpkin light i got off ebay and the box had no manuf. name or anything, sorry can't help ya on that one
