The last three, 24 pack of 12 oz cans I bought in Hanover, PA all did this! Purchased between Dec 2011 and Feb 2012. It's a delayed fizz....not like when you shake a can it explodes everywhere. It takes a good 10 seconds before it starts fizzing up out of the can. I made a compliant to Coke and they took down the info on the can but I haven't heard back from them yet.

It just started happening to my Coke Zero too, is there something in it causing it. Kind of scary that a chemical reaction is happening on it's own.
