One of the very common mistakes Tibetans and foreigners alike make about Potala, most grand and iconic building in Lhasa is that Potala is palace of Dalai Lama.
Its true that Potala is winter residence of Dalai Lama but its only Pent house that is the living quarters of Dalai Lama. Rest of the 13 storey building is "All in one" Tibetan Government offices. It also has museums, warehouses, prison etc.
Its is like " All in one desktop".

Nice, but area with highest upward appreciation potential in the city, is the Port Union area of Toronto. With an average annual income over in excess of 140,000 and a university attainment level of over 35%; the area's dynamics and demographics are not reflected in the affordable prices of the homes. Least not YET.
