@Thrillerlover96 Quite a few, I can think of 7 off the top of my head, Human Nature, Beat It, Billie Jean, Wanna Be Startin' Something, Shake Your Body Down To The Ground, Bad, Smooth Criminal. (Also Kids Incorporated were part of the "Children Of The World" version of We Are The World.) I think it's a tie between MJ covers and Madonna covers, lol!
@Thrillerlover96 Yeah! He's my favourite! I went to the Dangeous and HIStory concerts and went to the O2 press conference and got tickets to This Is It. (This Is It the concert I mean, although obviously I went to see the movie too.)
@Thrillerlover96 Yeah, I've got 2. I've also got 2 Memorial programs that were given to ticket holders if we kept our tickets and didn't ask for refunds.
@Thrillerlover96 I was lucky enough to get a priority invite and the priority tickets sold out within hours even though they increased the shows from 10 to 30. The same thing happened on the 1st regular sales day even though they increased the number of shows to 50. MJ could have sold 100 shows in 1 day easily! (Also I don't know why he chose the O2, Wembley has 5 times the capacity so he could have done just 10 shows for the 1 million tickets sold. Although maybe he still would've died. :( )
@Thrillerlover96 Yeah, I actually realised that recently when I was thinking about making a "duet" version using the 2 versions. I think it's just the way she sings it that makes it appear to sound slower. (I know, "appear to sound" sounds weird, lol!)
@Thrillerlover96 I was just trying to mix the 2 versions together. I'm not sure if I'll actually do it, it was a while ago I was trying. It was sounding a bit weird because the way Martika was singing it didn't mix well with MJ's version.
I agree with you I have always liked the sound of Martika's voice. She has a really powerful range in her voice. She was and still is an awesome talent to ever grace that show.
OMG... Kim, you rock! This video has always been very special to me. It's the first time I really saw Martika on her own, doing what she does best. This dreamy remake of a classic song really showcases her vocal range and shows what star power and charisma she possessed at a young age. Great things were sure to come to Martika and we were all the better for it! AWESOME! A+
sensacional version ! thanks Martika !

You know? If they had "American Idol" back in the '80s, this girl would've won. Without question.

Cool, although a little slow.

@Bluespirit76 That's how it's supposed to be. The original is about the same tempo.

@Bluespirit76 Oh, ok. The way she sings it does make it seem a little slower. And cool :D how are you gonna make a duet using the two versions?
