we sung this song sunday for our consecration service and Sister Anderson had us modulate a total of 11 times. I think thats why my throat hurts LOL!!

WHOAAA! They went on top of the rafters. The altos were already in 1st soprano by the end and the sopranos were hitting Bb5 on Great and then sustaining G# on praise

yeah that was overkill. with every modulation after 5 or 6 you lost quality of the tone more and more to the point it just sounded bad. yall are wonderful singing anyway. just have to know when to stop and not step into the "doing too much" area. much love.

@Songman2012 they modulated a total of 6 times on the cd. my Choir has sung this song at least five times and we always modulate a total of 11 times. Thank God I Am a tenor!
