My case of SJS was also caused by the pnuemonia virus. * months later, I am still trying to get my strength back so I can go back to work. I feel her pain as well as the rest of you . not too many people can say that.  It never got as bad as her's did, thanks to an Imunoglobin IV, but it still sucks.

oh, I didn't get steven johnson syndrome from medication, according to the doctors at the hospital, I got it as a result of having pnuemonia. I had some sort of reaction to the pnuemonia.

I just got this illness in the past month. It was a horrible experience for me, but now i'm better but still recovering from it. I didn't have it as bad as her, but I got it in my mucous membranes..i'm sooo lucky that I didn't become blind cause i did get it in my eyes.

I just hope that I don't have to go through this again.

it's called stevens johnson syndrome. it's an allergic reactionc aused by medications that cause your body to blister and burn from the inside out. I actually had this condition several years ago. It's an awful thing that causes continous struggle. I feel so much for this woman.

cant understand what they're saying but still...

Think what she had to go through.. thats just horrible. Can anyone tell me why she got it ? Someone that understands spanish 8-)
