one and only true option...
ANYone can grow, or get help growing for personal consumption, and gifting to patients WITHOUT A LICENSE.
but... if you want to sell for income, you need a license, and have hoops to jump through.
plenty disabled folks pay for all kinds of assistance.
cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, etc.
sometimes, they get government help to pay for these services.
a "growing assistant" seems no different than any other health care helper.
