@whitiker00 classic rock, oldies, jazz, blues, classical, post rock, hardcore rock, some acoustic, some bluegrass/western, some alternative, some indi. just about everything besides pop, rap (especially main stream) and this punk stuff where the singer either sounds like he is whining or has no voice what so ever.
@whitiker00 my favorite post rock band is explosions in the sky, and for hardcore rock, well on the screamo side august burns red, or bullet for my valentine. as far as rock goes in general i listen to more modern rock or classic/oldies. i found out about post rock like a year ago. (hardcore rock for pump up and post rock for relaxation)
@XxD3ADxTR33xX Yeah, I listen to some ABR as well, and I used to listen to BFMV when I was younger, and I thought the same thing about this band when I first heard them, then the more I listened to them the more I liked them. I think if you give it some time you would come to really enjoy this band

Yeah, sure generally I hate music like this, I think he's whiny and annoying sounding, but at the same time it's strangely poetic to me. Just like you like your own bands, we like this one, and we don't insult you.

I sympathize with you because I hate it when people are rude about something that's completely subjective. It makes me upset just as it made you upset when idiots insulted your music.
@ShynessIsGolden Nah no one said they were from the La Dispute fanclub, haha, some of my best friends listen to this type of music, so i know about the songs and bands. The music is good, just the voices throw the whole thing off in my opinion. Like i really love post rock, which would sound like this in a way without words.

@CaptainBubuloids To each their own. But there's an undeniable chasm between the two in terms of honesty, integrity, and talent- regardless of how you feel about either artist.
