The noise is my derailleur springing back into place. If I'm in one of the easier gears (when the spring is at it's tightest) there is no noise.

It's awesome. I absolutely love it. At first I did regret spending so much money on it, but as soon as I got the chance to ride it somewhere properly like the place in this video, I've had so much fun with it. Nothing has broken since I got it (although I did change a lot of components) and it just looks amazing. Paint job and build quality is top notch too.
