I think I'd stick with the indian War club. I really wanted this one but that spike really makes me nervous. One misjudged overhead swing and you"ll have that spike imbedded in your head.

This weapon is THE SHIT! Extremely effective! I've got a pretty decent collection of weapons but when I've got to get rid of furniture in my house I usually destroy it first and carry out the pieces. Now when doing this task my Gunstock Warclub is the only weapon of mine that gets the job done quickly and IT NEVER BREAKS! Fuck a baseball bat, keep this next to your door!

@chillehans That's just the leather "sheath" they send with it. The spike underneath is presumably fine, especially seeing as he struck with the other side of the club, so there wasn't any force acting on the spike directly.

crushing cuz it can disorientate the opponent and you may not need to kill them AND you don't need to sharpen anything, as a dull knife is almost useless. war hammer has a hammer and a spike and SPIKES don't need to be sharpened often if ever. to be honest if you take a baseball bat and hit someone it will hurt more than with the cold steel baseball bat cuz wood weighs more than polypropylene zytel mixture. two wacks from a wood bat and you'll be on the floor.

You can get away with a gun, because a gun is just a gun. It's not intended to maim or mutilate a person. It's just a self defense tool. You could get away with using a baseball bat, crowbar, pipe, hammer etc, because they're improvised. But this club is designed to maim or injure somebody. That's attempted manslaughter.

How many people have been maimed, mutilated, and murdered by firearms as opposed to a gunstock club? I get your point about the baseball bat, crowbar and hammer. Having those in my trunk would'nt be too suspicious, as opposed to having a gunstock club in there. Nonetheless, it should'nt matter what weapon you use, if its for provable RIGHTIOUS SELFDEFENSE, then no problem.

With a gun, you can say "stop or I'll shoot" and if they don't stop, you can shoot them in the leg. A court will look at that and say that you bought a gun for self defense, you gave the guy a warning and then you defended yourself. When you look at the gunstock war club, it's hard not to think that your intention was to maim or mutilate somebody. That's where the law gets a bit foggy, and you could be facing a charge of attempted voluntary manslaughter. Stick with a baseball bat IMO.
