If you want to play SC1 missions in SC2 (minus cutscenes) checkout sc2 mapster then search for rebel yell on their site. Only Terran and Zerg missions done yet, but they are awesome - a lot of fun and quite a bit harder than original. Protoss no doubt coming soon!

lol you gotta love the zerglings. in-game they look the size of a dog (let's say..dunno a dalmatia? i just threw a random dog there :P or slighly bigger) at cutscenes they look just slightly smaller than a human. also their shape...they look liek this in cutscenes, like that in-game, like that in the manual, it was diferent at starcraft ghost. i'd really like to know what they actually look like. (although it's probably how they look like at the cutscenses :P)

Yeah, the Mutas look silly flapping their wings in vacuum, but in the lore it is said that at some point above Zerus (where the Xel-Naga created the Zerg) a species of space living creatures nested and at that point the Overmind decided to assimilate them, thus creating the ability to adapt the zerg to space travel. This is how they also managed to wipe out the Xel-Naga!

it ruined warcraft 2 in the sense that the gameplay is soooooooooooo different. War2 is so simple, while War3 is rly complex, units take forever to die (war 2 units, one on one die in lik 5 sec), while in war3, 2 grunts can fight for mad long, kinda reminds me of age of empires in that sense. But war3 is rly, fun dont gemme wrong, its just that in battles, when they start using automagic and stuff u cant even control ur army anymore, its too confusing, u just let them solve it lol u go renew it
