This video definately had better view of those FLOATING SPOKED RIMS than that 1950s Cadillac Classic Floating Hubcaps-Cadillac drove by too fast for camera-I commented on adusting CARBURATOR IDLE SPEED LINKAGE to where car cruises Automaticly to 3 miles an hour=) That trick was used on Amusement parks Go-carts,& That speed 3 to 5 miles an hour,is humans walking speed*fast walker types, anyway*
