@c0wsgowoof Hi, that's what my mum told me too.lol. I didn't have any formal education in Vietnam, only overseas so I don't really know how to spell alot of Viet words:)
whats the brand of the nem nuong seasoning did you buy? I local asian to me to get the lobo accord (it has a pix of sauage, meat loaf and meatball) but i don't think thats used for making nem nuong...
@pajiabyaj Hi, sorry I haven't had a chance to go and get the brand name from the supermarket for you, but I'll do that today and let you know soon :)

It's one of mine favorite dishes. I usually buy the pre-marinated meat in the package at the Vietnamese store , but I am sure it doesn't taste as good as yours.
Thanks for the recipe,Also, love your British accent
Hi, I had a rice dish with Pork chop and egg at a restaraunt....can you post the recipe for that?....and what is the exact vietnamese name of that dish?...thanks
@LinhHayman I was wondering about the the oil you use to put on hands fro when you roll the meat balls so it wont stick to you, what kind oil is it in particular? and when you put the meat balls in the oven for exactly how long do you put them in for?
Just wanted to add: Grill meatballs until brown on both sides (about 5-6 mins on both sides) If you like a sweeter taste to your meat balls try this marinade: 500g Pork or beef 2 tablespoons of garlic 1 egg 2 table spoon honey t tea spoon salt 1 tea spoon soya sauce 3 table spoon bread crumbs
Hi! I was wondering after you microwave for one minute, how long do you grill it in the oven for??

Hi, thanks for this dish!
Question :
1. How long did you grill the meatballs for?
2. What other seasoning can I use if I can't find the Nem Nuong seasoning?
3. You had a vietnamese dipping sauce in the ingredients, what did you use for the dipping sauce?
Thanks again for posting this dish!

Hi, You're welcome:
Use this meatball seasoning if you can't find nem nuong seasoning.
500g Pork or beef
2 tablespoons of garlic (or 1)
1 table spoon chicken stock seasoning
1 egg
3 tablespoon bread crumbs
(P.S. Buy the meatballs from local Supermarket frozen if you don't want to make them)
Dipping sauce: see my dipping sauce recipe. Hope this helps :-)
