Hey there, i read your post and perhaps i can help you .. Because, i also wanted to learn the songs of jim croce and then i found "LEARN TO PLAY THE SONGS OF JIM CROCE" (Guitar Accompaniment and Techniques) - taught by Pete Huttlinger. (You can fand it on amazon )

And its absolutely amazing. You will learn to play the songs of jim croce like they are played originally in less than two days or something. Have a look !!! Good invested money :) Greetings from germany

I respectfully disagree! His voice is very very good. He sang in tune , all the way, every single note, every inflection. And he's got a real nice timbre to his voice. The recording could have been better, but ya can't fault him on that.
