I'm not sure why he was screaming so loud about the first crash, but I DO know why he was so hysteric about the second: Somehow, Japanese driver Takashi Yokoyama's car---after running into the back of another driver on the frontstretch---flew into the air and struck the overhead bridge/scoring pole above the circuit. The car disintegrated and Yokoyama was killed.
