Towards the end of the Clone Wars (Not the movie, the Wars taken place that weren't necesarily filmed) Vader wanted more independant troopers, so they began recruiting republic citizens and othersto be cloned. A small percentage of the "Stormtroopers" are decendants of Jenga Fett.
the only clones left were in the 501st most of them retired,got wiped out by the rebellion or force choked by darth vader but mostly darth vader by then they just decided to recruit
um that doesn't work at all... by the time of A new hope the Stormies were mostly either clones of other templates or recruits of imperial citizens and brainwashed criminals... besides we actually see the officer he's talking to WITHOUT the helmet on, vader told him to "see to it personally commander, there will be no one to stop us this time" also Black Suited imperial officers are Stormtrooper officers, they wear that uniform when they aren't "suited up"

The "animals" you are talking about are called Dewbacks and these are not Stormtroopers they are Sandtroopers
