gtr evolution driftengine is bad i mean driving normally and racing is great but when oversteering, gtr evo sucks.

gt5 is soo freakin better for drifting and everything. in gtr evo the r8 is the only car which almost acts like a real car in the drift. oh and the r8 is also easy to drift in real life. 80% of the power goes to the rear wheels.

it is much harder to drift with rear wheel drive.... r8 has 4WD...

ich hab das setup, also die paar sachen, die du am r8 verändert hast grad bei lfs am xr gt ausprobiert und kann jetzt fast endlos driften. saugeil!

@DerVagabundli na klar! Der R8 is komplett Standard, bis auf das Differenzial, das is bei 100%. Es wird dir auch helfen, die hinterreifen komplett aufzupumpen oder die Hinterachse zu versteifen (Stabilisator)

@ecco88 Danke für die schnelle Antwort :-) Das mit dem Stabilisator werd ich noch ausprobieren. Ich habe bisher immer Das Differential auf 100% gestellt und preload und so auch und den negativen Radsturz reduziert, das funktioniert auch ziemlich gut. Das mit der Luft hab ich auch gemacht, aber mein Bruder meinte, er hat gelesen, dass das in diesem Spiel keinen Einfluss auf das Grip Niveau haben soll.

@exade96 hard to tell from here. but in your video i saw that you had "driving aids" like ESP and so on switched on (green) u have to disable them and then try to get the feeling of the car, trying slowly to oversteer and so on. it needs time and practice.

leider bin ich ziemlich schlecht was driften angeht, ich habs immer mit dem E92 M3 versucht (M3 Challenge MOD für gtr evo) und der zickt echt rum..

Eine PS3 besitze ich nicht ;)

Dann heisst es wohl üben üben üben.. btw mit LFS S2 find ich das driften irgendwie besser, allgemein

Settings im profiler sind standard. ff= 100 usw. (es is leichter wenndu mit niedrigerem lenkwinkel anfängst, beispielsweise mit 641°)

kommt drauf an wie fit du generell im driften bist. Wwenn man in echt driften kann, kann man es wohl auch in jeder simulation/spiel. bei gtr evo fühlt sichs nur mitm r8 einigermaßen real an, die anderen autos brechen bei minimal höheren driftwinkeln total unkontrolliert aus,

wenn du spaß am driften hast und es nicht in echt machen kannst, hol dir gt5 für ps3 :)

naja.... hab leider nicht das nötige kleingeld für n gscheites lenkrad, sitz usw.... mit meinem kart driften tuts auch ^^...

dann wart ich einfach weiter auf GT5 und werd dann einfach mal gucken was mit dem Pad alles geht

@SdZOli ne gute alternative, aber leider ohne kupplung is das momoforce von logitech, das kostet nicht viel und hatte ich vor dem g25. war echt nett, hat aber leider keine 900 Grad, was für mich beim driften natürlich schon viel besser ist dann,

es sieht ja am lenkrad nicht so aus wie hier im spiel, dass das lenkrad sich maximal um ca.200 Grad bewegt sondern mehr wie in dem video hier: ( Such bei youtube nach: "GT5P Suzuka Drifting - M3 E92 (HD 720p)" und schaus ganz an, da siehtman schon dasses mit 900° einfach realer ist und mehr spaß macht, macht natürlich auch mehr arbeit dann.

aber wenn dir 240 grad reichen und du keine h_schaltung/kupplung brauchst bist du mit dem momoforce für ca.60 Euro neu sehr gut bedient.

Hab ne Frage an dich:

Meinst du es lohnt sich, sich das Spiel zu kaufen, auch wenn man keine lenkrad hat?

Meine PS3 hat YLOD und bis ich die wieder bekomm kann es noch etwas dauern, GT5P mit Controller geht ja noch.... aber mit der Tastatur und dann ein Spiel das noch realitätsnäher ist als GT5P.... da würd ich total abkacken

also ich find alleine schon am driftverhalten gt5p minimal besser, bin auch in real einige male gedriftet, also des kommt dem driften am nähesten. vorraussetzung is bei gt5p natürlich lenkrad(am besten g25) UND ganz wichtig, alle einstellungen auf profi und simulation, alles auf "heftig" setzen, ansonsten sind solche sims einfach nur "spiele" und keine simulationen.

@SdZOli Wenn dir GT5 gefällt, hols dir, ansonsten nicht. mit controller haste wohl nur ca. 60% des eigendlichen spielspaßes gegenüber mit lenkrad, alleine schon wegen der geschwindigkeitsabhängigen lenkung in gt5 zum beispiel...

What is your Config for drift ?

the diff is at 100%, and that's it. that's all i changed for that video.

u can also try other cars. for me the audi r8, the gumpert apollo, the dodge viper(standard) are the best cars to drift. u should also use some technique's for drifting. throttling and braking during/before drift and flicking the car. (like the "scandinavian flick" i wish u luck m8

you're american so you drive in Automatic ? Or Manual for drifting.

i test R8 and i drift very well but in end of drift, my car going go out of road ^^

no. im german and in germany i think about 99% of cars are all manual shifting. i also use my G25 with H-shift and the clutch. so yes i do manual shiftung. while drifting u HAVE to use manual shifting. cause the computer automatic would change the gear while the wheels spin up. perhaps u oversteer to much or u spin your wheel too late into the other direction or not enough. at start u should try only 600 degrees with wheel. but its more fun with 900 degrees. good luck!

thanks m8 ! well, g25@ 900 degrees, all driving aids off, of course, all on realistic. i do alot of carcontrol only with throttlepedal/breakpedal and also the clutch to get some oversteering or keep the car in balance.car setup: set the differential to 100% and play around a bit with the whole car setup how u get the best results. if u can drift in real u should also be able to do in game. drifting in GTR Evolution with the R8 and some other cars feels just like in Real Life with car. cheers!
