Hey Artist, you know that the customer is always right. If he thinks that is dog is a prize winning champion then you treat it that way. You are a groomer and that is your job.

I'm glad he one but he was kind of un-professional there.

@picatsoforfma Actually our first priority as a groomer is to make sure the dog is happy and healthy. Just because the owner thinks he has a prize winning dog, doesn't mean that we have play along. We can be nice and polite without kissing their ass.

@Searchmanclone As a groomer, I dye dogs all the time, even my own. Dog dye is specifically made to be safe for pets, so it doesn't harm them in any way. It's not even time consuming, you just leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off during the bath. The people that like their dogs to have a little color aren't the ones you need to be worrying about...it's the people who let their dogs get so matted that they can't walk anymore.

I've worked in a grooming shop for 2 years and I absolutely love this show because the customers really are this crazy and the people working there are just as big of characters as these people too.

OMG the ppl that came into the store remind me of this one client I had She had 6 cockers that were Gross like most cockers are and she always had something negetive to say i wanted to kick her but finally i politely told her that maybe she should find a groomer that she likes
