Trower's version has kicked ass for decades and still sounds great, but there's no denying this is a cool cover from one of rock's most incredibly talented guitarists. No matter what I hear him do, (seemingly effortlessly) SS resonates rock with precision and style always adds his own flavor while paying homage to Beck, Hendrix etc. All those enhancements make this re-do a great guitar high for me.

Not as good as the original. Also nothing new to it. Don't see a reason why they needed to do it.
