Natsukashii. I went to Kyoto and Nara (and Osaka) many times when I lived in nearby Hyogo-ken. The Kyoto temple you couldn't name was the famous 清水寺 Kiyomizudera.

Those deer are super greedy from all the rice crackers that they sell the tourists to give especially to them. They don't even wait, they go right up to you and grab whatever you have! It's a beautiful town without any car traffic allowed...
