Second, I agree his ethics may be a bit cloudy, but HIPAA? Dr. Drew has not met Lindsay, she is not a patient, and they've never met casually. How could he be in violation? The law only applies to docs/staff/admin that are privy to or using her personal medical information or record...two random people don't fall under the law.
