This challenge is impossible. Its like dumping a spoonful of sand in your mouth. If you try to swallow it, it gets stuck in your throat and forces your gag reflex to expell it or cough it out. It can be done but you have to wait untill your saliva mixess with the cinnamon enough that it can be swallowed. Either way you either end up coughing a cloud of cinnamon in the air or standing there with a mouthfull of cinnamon looking foolish.
