One of my favorite groups! I just bought two of their CD's, the Hasse Requiem Alphonse D'Eve and Pietro Torri Motet & Missa de Profunctis, with vocal group La Sfere del Canto. The title of the CD is Pro Defunctis - Liturgy For The Death Of The Baroque Area, but I think that's a mistake for Baroque Era, although that hardly makes sense either as the baroque era lived on past those two pieces!
I think every one of their CDs has a mistake somewhere. The Abel Symphonies and Ouvertures disc calls him "Karl" instead of "Carl" and lists Op. X instead of Op. V. The Arriaga CD quote's Mozart's name slightly wrong, using "Theophilus" which wasn't a form he used.... hardly matters though when they are probably one of the most exciting and talented Period-Instrument groups around! After all, it's the music which speaks, not the CD covers :D
