  • On the heavy squats you are leaning too far forward with your upper body. try to look up, and get your chest up. this will strength en your core more. If you're struggling then try doing front squats for a while, this will mean you can have your upper body upright and strengthen the core more.

  • Your form looks good! :) - try taking the elastic lower down around your knees, either abve or below your knees, but very close to the knee.
