Isaac is Ishaaq in the Qoran. Isaac is the son of Abraham and the father of Yaqoub , which Allah later changed his name to Israel. Isa is Jesus in the Qoran. The Bible cannot change names only Allah can. Ask your religious teacher why the Qoran teaches muslims to know the Injeel and Torah, Old and New Testaments, if they are corrupted as muslim teachers claim. if the Bible was meant to be fiction, and intended to con people, don't you think that the people that assembled the Bible would have made sure that that all the stories matched. You're mature enough to know, that if 4 people watched the same event, that each would have a different version of the same event. I have a King James Version of the Bible, that's the original English from Greek. The different versions are meant to be made more understandable by the new generations language, as languages can change.
I have an Armenian Bible too, the third language that the Bible was written in from the 5th cent, the one I have can't be original because the language can change.
But guess what, when I compare the English to the Armenian Bible, the meaning is exactly the same.

the book and the prohethood shall remain in the seed of Isaac and jacob ( Israel ). So Mohamad could not have been a prohet as the Quran says he would have to came from Jacob. Jacob is Jewish. we have sinned, by the sins that we do ourselves. not because of the "original" sin that we carried since birth as there is no such thing. in Islam, we believe that Allah is the Most Forgiving, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Every sinner can ask forgiveness directly from Him. Praise be to Allah, and to Allah only. We believe in Jesus/Isa alaihissalam as a prophet, who was once sent by Allah to his people to show them the right from wrong. He never acclaimed himself as God, or son of God.
I never mentioned original sin, why are you talking about original sin? Allah most forgiving and gracious, but Allah also punishes sin, as Allah is just. If he doesn't punish sin then how can he be just? His justice on sin, and his mercy on our sins, is reconciled as Jesus died on the cross.
@ijkuipo, Allah did punish sin. That's why He created hell for the sinners and the unbelievers. Before Muhammad pbuh came, Allah had punished people of the past because of their sin and their wrongdoings to the prophets. e.g. people of Sadom, Pharaoh, people of 'Ad, Tsamud etc.. These are all the proofs that Allah punished people of sin after He sent prophets to them but the people ignored these prophet.

Jesus said, he that sins is a captive of sin, I have come to set the captive free. You cannot overcome sin without Jesus, has Islam helped you overcome sin? It can't because it doesn't have the Spirit of God.
Yes. Islam had helped me overcome sin. By repentance from the sin that I did. We called it as taubat. The real repentance is taubat nasuha. Where we sincerely ask for forgiveness from Allah, promise we wouldnt repeat the sin again, and leave the sin forever. In Islam, everyone can repent to Allah by themselves. We dont need to go somewhere, confess our sin to someone in order to be forgiven.

Jesus said in John 4:22 " salvation is of the JEWS ".
also in Luke 16:16 the law and the prophets are until John (the baptist ). So you see, Jesus said that there are NO more prophets after John the Baptist. Even in Qoran it says in Sura 29.27, the book and the prophethood is to REMAIN in the SEED of Isaac and Yaqoub ( Israel ), " based on these verses alone, Mohamad could not have been a prophet. He was NOT Jewish, and he came after John.

Isaac is Ishaaq in the Qoran. Isaac is the son of Abraham and the father of Yaqoub , which Allah later changed his name to Israel. Isa is Jesus in the Qoran. The Bible cannot change names only Allah can. Ask your religious teacher why the Qoran teaches muslims to know the Injeel and Torah, Old and New Testaments, if they are corrupted as muslim teachers claim. Why would Allah want you to know these books if you claim that they have been corrupted, something doesn't add up here.

The ONLY thing that the Quran has to stand on is to say that the Bible is corrupted. Without this the Quran means nothing. And that is the only way that you can counter what the Bible says, without any proof, just an allegation that the Bible is corrupted. That's what your Islam faith is based on, the Bible is corrupted. if the Bible was meant to be fiction, and intended to con people, don't you think that the people that assembled the Bible would have made sure that that all the stories matched. You're mature enough to know, that if 4 people watched the same event, that each would have a different version of the same event. If the Bible is corrupted, then God can't preserve his word like he promised, then how are you sure that the Quran is not corrupted, you have to use the same standard.

The NT was written once in Greek, and translated many times into different languages and versions to keep up with the changing dialects of the time, but the meaning is the same, my Armenian Bible was written in the 5th century, and it's meaning and spirit is exactly the same as the English, that first was written in the 16th century, scholars constantly study the original Greek, any deviation in the meaning among the translations would create too big a scandal to hide. Jesus saves.

Bible believes in blood sacrifice for sins, Quran doesn't.

Islam's only foundation is the allegation that the Bible is corrupt,it has nothing else. Quran's basis and core strength of faith, is to deny Jesus as the Son of God. And the death on the cross.and how Jesus is just a prophet, as if their faith depended on it,and I realized that their faith does depend on the rejection of Jesus as the Son of God, because Jesus as the Son of God,would automatically terminate any kind of prophet status that Mohamad would have.

The NT was written once in Greek, and translated many times into different languages and versions to keep up with the changing dialects of the time, but the meaning is the same, my Armenian Bible was written in the 5th century, and it's meaning and spirit is exactly the same as the English, that first was written in the 16th century, scholars constantly study the original Greek, any deviation in the meaning among the translations would create too big a scandal to hide. Jesus saves.

He was so special that God brought him into the world through a virgin birth, before he did anything on earth?
The other prophets before him, were teachers, good examples, Moses talked to God, was given the law. but Jesus glory is much higher than Moses. Isa was just a prophet according to muslims, and that Isa, is coming back to set things straight,and kill the man of sin.The Bible says that God gave the highest name to Jesus.
What did he do that was so special that earned him this title?

every prophet were given miracles (mukjizat) from Him and it differs from one prophet to another. they not need to be Allah's son to get these. Allah is not that weak to be needing to have a son, given birth by a human being some more. if u care to think deeper, Adam was created by Him w/o father or mother. isnt that more special?

When you accuse the Bible of
being corrupted, you are directly accusing Allah of not being able to preserve his holy word, as muslims say that it was originally uncorrupted, then it was corrupted by humans, and then in the same breath proclaim that the Koran can't be corrupted when you just accused Allah of being weak and not being able to protect his word. Muslims will be judged for this. Jesus said Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

because Allah knows that He will send Muhammad as the last prophet to correct what's wrong after Isa leaved the world. And He granted Muhammad al-Quran as a manual that contains Allah's words, commands and proofs. not that Allah is weak. He foresee things as every past, present and future events are in His control. and indeed, only those who thinks in a right direction will get the message that Allah wants to convey.

I have a King James Version of the Bible, that's the original English from Greek. The different versions are meant to be made more understandable by the new generations language, as languages can change.
I have an Armenian Bible too, the third language that the Bible was written in from the 5th cent, the one I have can't be original because the language can change.
But guess what, when I compare the English to the Armenian Bible, the meaning is exactly the same.

I have a friend who memorizes the whole Qoran n he doesn,t even speak arabic.. this is how the Qoran remains authenthic through the ages..

The Jews could have easily taken out the passages that refer to Jesus, but they can't because its the word of God, the Jews will believe in Jesus if those passages are pointed out to them, that's why there's a lot of Jews for Jesus. The Jews have much to gain by taking out the Jesus prophecies, but they can't because it's the Word of God, if anybody had motivation, it was the Jews. And they left it there, because it's the word of God.

Be careful my friend, you don't want to be found fighting God. When you say that the Bible is corrupted, you are accusing God of not being able to preserve his word, and that he is a weak God, and then in the same breath you say that the Quran is not corrupted, but you just made God a weak God, and that means that the Quran is corrupted too, right?

im not saying so.. everything that God make it willing to happen is of causes.. you see why muslims who are facing a lot of disasters, wars, catastrophies around the world remain with the faith of islam though they are facing many challenges along the way? it is because we believe in the promises of God and of Hikmah that is Allah is all-known of what He does and there may be goodness behind every hardships that we muslims face..

the book and the prohethood shall remain in the seed of Isaac and jacob ( Israel ). So Mohamad could not have been a prohet as the Quran says he would have to came from Jacob. Jacob is Jewish. Islam will takeover the world, and the Quran says that Jesus will come back to destroy the dominant force and rule, so Jesus will destroy Islam as that is going to be the dominant force that he will destroy.
Looks like the Quran writers really messed up this one. What a Contradiction!

p/s: no such thing as "propethood SHALL REMAIN in the seed of Isaac and Jacob". the truth is, many prophets were the progeny of Isaac and Jacob, but not necessarily all of them. Muhammad is a descendant of Ishmael, son of Abraham.

The problem my friend is not the religions.The problem is going from being a servant of sin to serving Allah.
But you won't know how bad a sinner you really are until you know Jesus,because Islam doesn't condemn sin,like Jesus does.
You cannot be fully convicted of your sin,until you know Jesus,and the Spirit convicts you of your sin.
Only Jesus can save you from the wrath of Allah, you have sinned,and God cannot let you go unpunished, you, we deserve hell.Jesus came to atone for our sins.

we have sinned, by the sins that we do ourselves. not because of the "original" sin that we carried since birth as there is no such thing. in Islam, we believe that Allah is the Most Forgiving, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Every sinner can ask forgiveness directly from Him. Praise be to Allah, and to Allah only. We believe in Jesus/Isa alaihissalam as a prophet, who was once sent by Allah to his people to show them the right from wrong. He never acclaimed himself as God, or son of God.

I never mentioned original sin, why are you talking about original sin? Allah most forgiving and gracious, but Allah also punishes sin, as Allah is just. If he doesn't punish sin then how can he be just? His justice on sin, and his mercy on our sins, is reconciled as Jesus died on the cross.

@ijkuipo, Allah did punish sin. That's why He created hell for the sinners and the unbelievers. Before Muhammad pbuh came, Allah had punished people of the past because of their sin and their wrongdoings to the prophets. e.g. people of Sadom, Pharaoh, people of 'Ad, Tsamud etc.. These are all the proofs that Allah punished people of sin after He sent prophets to them but the people ignored these prophet.

Yes. Islam had helped me overcome sin. By repentance from the sin that I did. We called it as taubat. The real repentance is taubat nasuha. Where we sincerely ask for forgiveness from Allah, promise we wouldnt repeat the sin again, and leave the sin forever. In Islam, everyone can repent to Allah by themselves. We dont need to go somewhere, confess our sin to someone in order to be forgiven.
