how do truthers propose larry silverstein profited off of 9/11? they say he had an insurance policy. ok. that doesn't mean he profited, considering no insurance company in the world would agree to a policy that would pay out a value larger than the worth of the buildings. if the buildings were worth, say, 5 billion dollars, the policies would not pay out more than 5 billion. so where's the profit?

He paid 3.2 Billion for the lease. Alot of that money was not from his own pocket but rather a bank loan.
The insurance money however was put right into his pocket, 4.5 billion dollars.
So he made a considerable profit on the two towers.
And he did not have to demolish them because of the inside job. Perfect place to build a more modern facility..

I did find something a bit strange in mr barry jennings testimonies. on the abc7 report he says "they went down to the 8th floor and when they were in the stairway there was a huge explosion."
now on the other hand, in his loose change interview he is claiming the huge explosion happened when they were on the 6th floor. then they proceeded to the 8th. maybe a honest mistake i don't know for sure. im still looking into to it for some better facts.

@PoetryHound ok. so in that case (cause honestly i don't know much about demolition) is that a usual practice, to leave explosives ready to detonate at any given moment? if so, which i have never heard of such a thing, wouldn't that be dangerous for anyone inside the building?
with that said, depending on the answers to the questions, unless the tower that wasn't hit by a plane really did go down by debris falling on it means the building was blown up to pieces by explosives.
