@XxChrisXx121 If you can run the game fine then the mods shouldn't cause any lag. But quite a few seem to cause my game to crash during startup so its hit and miss.

@GBlair88 yep the game runs fine with mods. it was just slow in this video because the recording software was slowing it down somehow. and at the end of the video the game just switched off and returned to windows. but i cut that part out

hmm i just noticed something i think is missing in this in general perfect game... well allmost perfect....... the gore.. its awesome but... ´the "blood effects" are kinda lame.. i mean, he just blew up like 20 super mutants but i dont see a single trace of blood on the ground.. kinda sucks :( i think that would do alot... maybe it would lagg alot more though..? what do u guys think? :D

What are you talking about? You can use mods for the steam version.

Get fallout mod manager and use that to install and activate mods. If you just put them in your data folder and use fallout 3's default esp checker, they won't work and they will untick themselves.
