Hunger For More is an actual album: it is one complete, unified, piece of work. Rotten Apple is all over the place--it's just a bunch of songs, only half of which are good. That doesn't mean it's complex--what it means is that it isn't FOCUSED. Is it diverse? totally. An actual album? Hardly.
