This style might look like bullshit, but trust me as a MMa competitor with street fighting expierence, its very brutal, and deceptive u see it on Utube with some drills performed in slow motion, that's for learning purposes. However, you'll see the brutatility when done in full speed. Noone moves their bodies or punches like Systema practioners.
"trust me" is just an expression first of all. And I have trained with the guy, that is something you cant say. You are also an anonymous dude who is doubting someone you dont know anything about. By the way I wasnt saying him and fedor are in the same physical condition, I was saying that looking fat doesnt mean you are a bad martial artist
And why other countries dont use systema and a gun? dont know ask them. Every country has its combat system and philosophy. Wich is the best? who knows
lol, he doesnt need a muscular body or something, the guy doesnt need top physical condition cuz his fighting method doesnt require any of that. It requires breathing and relaxation and trust me the guy knows how to do it like no one. Plus fat doesnt mean a bad martial artist go check fedor emelianenko´s body he is so random looking and chubby you wouldnt believe he is the baddest man on the mma world right now. So stop posting ignorant comments please
This is apparently a military system of combat. One wonders why every country's military need excellent physical fitness if they can supposedly just effortlessly use Systema and a gun.
Trust you? You're an anonymous person on the internet saying that we should trust you when you make claims about a third-party with no evidence, i.e. evidence that Ryabko can use these techniques against a fit, aggressive, resisting opponent.
And Fedor has much lower bodyfat than Ryabko, even if he isn't ripped.
With utmost respect and admiration to the ideas of the Russian fighting System I have to observe that Mikhail Ryabko is very fat. He has to lose weight. His movements and endurance are limited. He is not convincing as a trainer when performs demonstrations. May be he could just talk and let someone else perform the demos.
Can he meet the requirements for physical training in the Russian army for his age? I guess not.
You talking sh*t. You're probably the kind of person who think that a muscular body = the most effective in combat. You have to make the difference between martial art and sports of fighting. Go worship MMA fighters, boy.

Mikhail saying:
"For your understanding:
We don't fight for points.
We are trying to survive, to stay alive.
On the street, if someone throws you down or you stumble, continue your movement, don't stop"

gespilk - why don't you go and challenge Ryabko?
it is very easy to criticize someone. shut up and try to learn something from the real master! or maybe you can be the one to perform his demos?
