I have never seen someone use peer pressure like this to get someone to use Heroin. If anything, I'm against people drinking a certain amount of alcohol. I believe you can only buy a certain amount depending on who you are.

It does make you feel a little funny but, to be honest, all it does to me besides that is put me to sleep....The only reason they won't legalize it is because they'd have to tax it.
