I remember getting in mild trouble in the 4th grade because I rather enthuisically told my teacher my ideas for new "Gimme a light" ads. I'm sure the people at Anheuser Busch were thilled that their campagin appealed to the 10-year-old demographic.

I guess Shadow Chasers was the obligatory Ghostbusters ripoff.

Hey 80's commericial vault do you have any old kntv newscast from the 80's to post

No. I do have a VHS tape that has a portion of stuff recorded from KNTV, including a newscast, but I haven't been able to get it to play properly on any VCR I've tried it on. Everything before the KNTV stuff plays fine, but once it gets to that portion of the tape, it's as though the tape is playing at the wrong speed. :/

My father walked into a local music store to try to find the music from the Gallo commercial. Within a few minutes they were able to tell him what it was: "Hymne" by Vangelis (although the version in the commercial is different from the one on the album).

The cue in the NFL Superpro Club commercial is Craig Palmer's "Energy" from Network Music.
