  • i really like ur vids but its really hard for me to c !! =( i have to REally watch to get it .

  • hi, thank for doing this video, but i must say...it's sort of hard to see, it's blurry...unless you intended to be that way.

  • you have a lack of talent

  • ive been watching the tutorials and let me tell you. I havne't drawn ( i mean really drawn and sketched in years I am very rusty) But OMG> it flowed and I haven't ever drawn like this. Thank you so much. your gesturing helped to see someone else do it. I don't think I will need to take a figure class now. You showed porpotion so well. excuse the spelling it is very late in the night slash way early in the morning but I was inspired. This 23 yrl old mom thanks ya

  • I'm sorry but I don't really get your foot joke...

  • Am I the only one who thinks this guy sucks ass at drawing?

  • @DannyBoy443 yup.

  • @DannyBoy443 well not that he sucks , he is just not good at it.

  • @FashionKingg When you're a professional artist like I am though, you have standards that this guy does NOT meet at all. So, he sucks. He needs a lot of practice. Honestly, he just doesn't have "the gift" that real artists are born with. Great artists are born, not made.

  • @DannyBoy443 And great trolls are also born, not made. GTFO.

  • @zulok1337 You would think wouldn't you? But at the end of the day, those who start, can't stop. Fuck you Pringles. Deal with it. I'm a professional artist. I have the right to call this guy out.

  • @DannyBoy443 "Great artists are born, not made."

Laughed my fuckin' ass off. I bet you think Joe Pass was born knowing how to play guitar and Edison was born knowing how to make the light bulb.

  • @deadithink Wow, of out context much? You're a fucking moron. Playing the guitar needs talent but can be learned. Talent makes the good ones great and more talent makes the great ones legends. Last time I checked, a light bulb isn't a richly oiled painting being hung, and framed in museums no less, for visual consumption. Learned to compartmentalize faggot. So keeping laughing cunt slap. Because in all honesty, it won't change my opinion of anything going on here.

  • @DannyBoy443 Talent doesn't exist. Thinking that people need to have some sort of inborn ability to be accomplished at something is tant amount to saying that God helped you. Talent is a fantasy thing used to describe someone being open to something more than others. Some people have a predilection to arts, others sports, and others medicine or mathematics. But they won't do shit if they don't work their asses off every day and night .

Calling me names doesn't make your argument less stupid.

  • @DannyBoy443 YOU ARE AN IDIOT NO ONE IS BORN WITH TALENT AS SUCH.. BEING GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO COMES OUT OF HARD WORK AND REPETITION.. BESIDES YOU HAVE STANDARDS AND SO DOES THAT GUY.. IF HE DOESNT MEET YOUR STANDARDS HE'S BAD?? HELL I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS TO LIVE WITH YOU...

  • cool

  • Only one correction. Fibula, not fibia.

  • in italians is "TIBIA" XD

  • What he's doing there, Neon, is indicating the anatomical masses to provide a general idea. It's not supposed to be photorealistic or anatomically comprehensive. In other words you don't start with minute, exacting detail, you go for mass and shape. If you wanna start with detail and go backwards, be my guest.

  • tht doesnt even lok like a foot

  • have you ever seen a foot?

  • @Neonsuperskinny

Fuck you...you try drawing a better foot.

  • @thestrongbad i just did check my channel .

  • sameriagjfiyty

  • ok feet i am getting good at

but now i need the shoes

  • its the same :O amazing

  • lmao

  • i've gotten better with my drawing

    i can finally draw hands^^

i need to start drawing feet cuz im bad at drawing the body(im mostly good at drawing the face....)but im slowly learning^^

  • me too.

  • kool^^

  • Super bueno el tutorial, lo unico malo es que no es muy nitido el dibujo

  • i draw very well, but i cant put on paper what i really imagine, i dont have the true freedom with the pencil... i'm left hander and what is funny is that when i'm drawing with the right hand, it has another style...but it is slow, of course... i dont know how make people in perspective, i mean like, the head closer than the feet...feet is more or less my problem, harder, is when is dressing shoes, the sole.

well, thx anyway for this little class! =)

  • Hello

    You are not alone.

I hear this all the time.

This is why we are doing the college lecture series.

    They cover all these issues.

    Just go to our web-site.

They also work with our books.

Please let me know how this works for you.

    Thanks

    Sheldon

  • wow! i saw your web-site, it is AWESOME!!! what a amazing school!!! well, it has everything i need, specially animation! i wanna work with animation one day! why dont you come to Brazil? XD

and wow! how much badass students you have! just 11 years they draw like that? oh god!

i'm gonna sell some of my draws to buy that lession videos! is that art school here is very expensive.

thanks for your recommendation and thanks for hearing my problems! =D

  • im extremely jealous of one of your thirteen yr olds, i love your school, i saw everything on your site, and its just so cool!!

  • dido

  • dido?

  • it means me to

  • You mean "ditto"

  • to bylo nawet nawet daje trzy na piec =*=

  • thanks for the quick drawing lesson, my hands and feet are looking a little better then before.

  • Hes tracing over his own damn drawings to show you an easier method of abstracting the human form, ignore fucking detail and get to understanding the shapes of things.Hes not saying to trace all of your damn life because thats obviously not the right way to go.For someone studying animation this is a great process in learning the human figure.Look at this dudes work experience in his bio then laugh at yourself for not even coming close to being as good as him.

    losers hahahaahahha

  • I totally agree! And like, he obviously drew that picture hes tracing over. And he put tracing paper over the other drawing to break it down and make it easier to understand!

  • It's the FIBULA and he's tracing his own drawings just to show form...

  • He said tibia and fibula. -_-

  • I'm pretty sure there is, I've never looked it up, but bones have pretty crazy names. Fibia doesn't sound too outlandish.

  • there's a "tibia" and "fibula". I thought artists study anatomy?

  • Were supposed to...lol but alot of us dont

  • i dont! i love to trace :O

    Notes:

This is very good, Sheldon: people are beginning to fave* your videos *(add to their list to favourite videos). You might want to start some kind of survey for newcomers, maybe ask what they want to learn at S.A.A., if they've taken lessons before and where from, and where they heard about S.A.A. Just an idea; I know how resumes are pretty boring to have to read through. ~^w^~

  • I meant tracing paper.

  • Is he using tarcing paper?

  • nice

  • thanks! you could get some people looking at your good tips, if you just put the word out there.
