If I were the FBI (assuming that I actually want to catch him) I would have "wanted posters" of him posted in (1) hospitals (2) doctors offices and (3) pharmacies. These are the most likely places for a 78 year old man with heart trouble to show up.
the reward just went up to 2 million. HA HA HA thats funny....contact the FBI.....my theory and many others think this as well, they (the FBI) are the ones that have him hidden in witness protection. They can't let this guy get near a court room. He will spill all the dirt about his long prosperous links to the FBI and how they let him kill, extort and rob just to protect their informant.
