  • i love how the rs came with hidden headlights:)

  • how much does rs cost? all stock

  • If I would buy this one, first thing I'd do is burn that stupid steering wheel.

  • i didnt know the lights were retractable and im like the biggest Camaro fan =O

  • i wanna buy a camaro ss but dont know if a rs/ss or a ss wat would be a better or more rear car?? the rs/ss or the ss!!!

  • RS/SS

  • my parents have a 1967 camaro rs in white with red stripes!

  • yea im gonna be drivin soon lookin for a 69 SS camaro. any hints for pricing?

  • depends on condition my aunt got offered 17,000 for hers and its not near this condition this is $50,000+ easy

  • @KillerKyle94 $50K???? Not a chance. Not even close. 30 in a good economy.

  • @1swede1 do you even know what the 69 is there 1 of a kind dont even try to say there not do you own 1.......didnt think so

  • @KillerKyle94 - actually dumbass, I do own one. Go on believing this car will get $50k. When you are old enough to drive you will figure it out.

  • @xramcam i am old enough to drive hav been for almost a year now god and they say older you are the smarter get a life

  • @1swede1 i'd have to agree with you. 25-30k. unless the car was a z/28 numbers matching, you be easily getting 50k for it.

  • That's not true. You could special order anything you wanted to back in 69. if you wanted a RS camaro with the z/28 stripes you got it.

  • can anyone answer this qustion??

was all z28s standerd or did some have a atuomatic transmition option??

  • both were offered

  • @dime6664ever All 69 Z28s were 4 speeds.

  • @leonardo302 Looks like this one isn't that original then..

  • @dime6664ever - ALL Z-28s had 4 speeds.

  • I got a 69 camaro Rs!! as a project car!

  • cool ,I have a 72 RS to do and only looked at it so far,I have a 396 I'm going to stroke with a 454 crank and rods

  • Mine has a 327 in it now, might restore that or drop a new engine in it not sure.

  • how much is one of these worth?

  • nice, it's my twin, go see mine leave comment...

  • i love it

  • Nice Car!!!

    My Favorite Year of Camaro!

  • yea 67 and 68 are so different

  • Quelle ligne magnifique !

Dommage pour la musique durant la vidéo.

  • I love this car!

  • i looked this up cuz it was my dads first car...lucky bastard...

  • is it all original with matching numbers

  • its a nice car but not the original color for that vin plate, and the valve covers are on the wrong sides of the engine. nice car though

  • The stripes aren't original either, you could only get stripes with the Z/28 package. But still a nice car.

  • they came with the ss they were a option on the Z/28

  • No thats not right. The ONLY other first generation Camaro that had stripes down the hood and trunk from the factory were the Indianapolis 500 Pace Car Replicas The stripes on a Z/28 were not optional either. And this doesn't appear to be an SS car.

  • The stripes aren't original either. You could only get stripes from the factory through the Z/28 package. Nice car though.

  • so the 69 rs/ss is basically a rs with the z/28 option? because my dad had a 69 rs/ss yellow with black stripes with a 350.

  • The stripes only came on Z/28s. And no, the Z/28 for the first generation camaros came with a 302 ci block, thats it, nothing else. The stripes on your dads camaro were probably added to it when it was re painted or else it was originally a Z/28 car. Like i said the ONLY way you could get body stripes like you see in this video from the factory was with the Z/28 option.

  • Very cool cars ,ihav one 2

  • WOW, I'm not a big fan of hidden front lights but those are kick ass, is that how they opened stock? I may change my mind!!

  • The motorized opening is pretty cool, but when they're still on they look kinda weird, the 1968 version has a better meaner hidden look ;)

  • my dream car :))))))))))))))))))))))

  • oh yeah and it has all black leathewr interior and dude that car will just flat out fly

  • my dad built a 1969 camaro.....its not an RS or SS but its got a 350 small block and man it rumbles im telling you what..its red with black racing stripes

  • how much did you buy it for? if you dont mind me asking

  • The paint code 59/59 is Fathom Green and the interion 723 was a Midnight Geen color.

The car is red with a white interior.

Must have been during the restoration.

    Warlock

  • 59/59 is Frost green. The same color that mine was. Mine is also an 11C (3rd week Nov68) build, but an LA car.

  • whats the name of the song....nice car

  • Life is a Highway by Tom Cochran

  • noticed a few tears in the seat around 2:16 still an amazing car

  • You can't look up a vin number on a car made before 1981 unless it has 17 digits, that is the problem i was having trying to get a history report on a 69 RS/SS Camaro

  • You should take this video down unless it isn't your car. Showing your license plate and VIN number on the internet is not smart. Someone can now carfax or title search your vehicle and come steal it. Smarten up, and learn how to put down some real rubber.

  • Nice.
