In euoropean dragracing is only 5 races in england,sweden,finland and norway and it,s not so good strips in this contries so thats slower et,s but not so far after australian top fuels.

The tracks in Europe aren't as good as they are in The US and the technology they use over there is behind

Nice observation...the reason why european cars are slower is not because they are weaker,no,it's because the american tracks are sprayed with somekind of a liquid glue...u know...to help them grip better,but also they're is slightly more advanced,than the eurpean ones!

Of course the american tracks are more professional prepared.

However, I think except Santa Pod/ENG all the other tracks for the FIA Euro Drag Racing Series (Alastaro/FIN, Mantorp/SWE, Hockenheim/GER) are only used once a year for a real professional big DragRacing event. And in Hockenheim for example the track has to be cleaned, i.e. the groove has to be removed after the event. Meaning they start by 0 every year in Hockenheim. Well at least here in Europe the full 1/4mile is still running.

Nonetheless the 1st 4sec TopFuel blast in Europe was ran in Hockenheim back in 97. I will never forget this Saturday morning...

I was an eye-witness of this historical moment and also filmed that run. I just need the equipment to get it from video tape to digital video, which might happen pretty soon.
