  • dry clucth..i like

  • sounds like a fuckati lol

  • I luv the way it sounds at idle....that is bad ass...

  • very kool.

  • Oh good lord LISTEN TO THAT!!! I miss big CC 2-strokes so much.

  • Sweet bike once its tuned

  • Hoekle crank ??

  • @kerrowmoar4 .I have no idea.___Bought bike at Mid America auction back in Jan 2008.

  • @kerrowmoar4

    HELLO !

IÙ SEU CÚ COMO VAI ?

  • @komicharli

I'm sorry mate i only speak English..

  • Lectron carbs....nice..

  • The horendous sound came from the dry clutch .... Anyway a jewels this bike

  • reeeeeplica

  • wtf is that noise on tickover?

  • @GamingModzDOTtk

    Dry clutch

  • Sweet Jesus!

  • I would park this bike in my bedroom and the mrs would be on the couch.

  • In theory, this would SMOKE a Hayabusa motor in HP, just because it's a 2 stroke. I would shit my pants just sitting on these thing, put the motor on a sand rail if you ever destroy the rest of the bike and gear it HIGH

  • @wabashofutah stock hayabusas are 1300cc and make 180hp stock. this bike is 34 years old, is 750cc and probably makes about 150hp, but it also probably weighs 295lbs dry and a busa is around 400. one is a handbuilt track bike, and one is a production touring bike. its not even apples and oranges, its more like apples and chicken wings. not even a comparison at all.

  • @MetricHotrodsdotcom yes, but it just goes to show that 2 strokes are still superior, unless of course you're an enviormentalist.

  • This bike scares me, even when it's in front of me on a computer screen, a million miles away from sending me into a vicious high side. It's still pretty lust worthy, though. Heck, even Kenny Roberts was afraid of this bike's engine!

  • 2 wheeled sex

  • if u have a 2stroke bike the produce 110 hp, that will be equal to a 4stroke with around 130-140 hp.. so hmm that tells everything :D hehe... Im wondering about 1 thing, as i can see and hear u have a dry clutch, how does this work, is it better then oil sump clutch?

  • 4 cylinder, 2 stroke

  • @CDolan2 6 stroke cylinder?

  • Two or four strokes?

  • just amazing that they are still alive!

  • I am disgustingly jealous! Nice bike!

  • This thing does 300 km/h...

And that was 35 years ago...

  • how much power?

  • i wonder if it's fast????.... xD...superb machine!

  • That bike has exhaust pipes sticking out everywhere, what an octopus.

  • There is 1 more , low, on the other side.

  • 3 pipes?

  • Whats that noise?

  • @YamahaRacer00x

clutch my tz500 used to do it sometimes

  • what is interesting to me is that this GP race bike idles with the throttle off??? I have a couple of GP 2-stroke bikes (yamaha tz250 and Honda RS125) and those as well as all the GP 2-strokes my buddies own don't idle...there is no cut-away idle circuit on GP race bike carb slides.

  • 750 two strokes insane

  • sweet

  • @tonyniggaful your cbr600, if its the RR that is, would produce about 112bhp. this 1970's 2 stroke 750cc could do about 140bhp, thier insanely powerfull, its only cornering that lets them down, that tz would kill your little cbr

  • @tonyniggaful Your retarded

  • @ironDsteele your mama.

  • @tonyniggaful That TZ750 has 165 horse and nearly twice the torque of your cbr600; and it's a two stroke. You usually had to rebuild the engine after every other race. Your cbr would get smoked! Period

  • Kii maquina

  • good if they made a road going version of this - 750cc 2-stroke - and what stage it wood be at now, a few decade later . It woods be only mobike for me . the rush of

    power - what a fuka

  • Interested in trades for a left nut or my first born child?

  • Sheer music. Two strokes forever!

    Is that a dry clutch?

  • why no filters?

  • lectron carbs ?

  • @lacrevette074 yes lectron flat slides

  • Possibly the prettiest race bike ever. Love 'em.

  • eso es un motor de dos tiempos, no sabia que yamaha hizo un 2t de 750.

  • sorry,750cc? are you sure? or 500cc?

  • 750 cc

  • Dry clutch?

  • yep

  • like a chainsaw

  • sick 2 stroke bike !!!

  • what's the most hp out of these engines?

  • @mfuji02 about 140hp

  • That sound is pure EVIL!!!! love it!

  • Damn, that dry clutch is noisy! : (

  • @winterstellar Only at idle and it's good thing it's noisy, that way you know for sure the clutch springs aren't binding......all open cover dry clutch bikes make this noise to some degree.

  • dry clutch..

    two stroke..

    not a good combination IMHO..

  • ...porn.

  • Nasty.....Wicked.....Amazing.......

  • gotta love that piston slap at idle .

    long live the 2 stroke

  • gotta love the smell of 2 stroke in the mornin :)

  • music 2T

  • Time to stop playing and send it back to THE HELL THAT SPAWNED IT! Evil motorbike!

  • I would choke my grandmother for that bike. Congratulations.

  • And if ever the clutch explodes folks, its bye-bye right leg! lol

  • @Factnotfictionpeople

    Clutch ison the left...

  • @epiphonesg007 hmm i may be wrong (wouldnt be the first time lol) but that looks suspicously like a dry clutch on the right making all the rattling noise !

  • @billboy1616

:p the thing that is turning?

THat is the stator or dynamo i don't know how to call it in english.

    Flywheel maybe?

  • @epiphonesg007 sorry mate chances are your spot on we call it a stator too on race bikes i thought these things ran on total loss ignition shows you how much i know ! (not much tbh)

  • @billboy1616

    I don't know much too. ;)

    Just the basics. :p

  • @billboy1616 its the clutch its louder than the engine at tickover listen and watch him pull the clutch lever o happy days

  • @MrDavy86 know what you mean mate god i miss the old 2 stroke 500 racers and these those were the days :)

  • @epiphonesg007 Nope, it's the clutch. It's open, not swimming in oil, so it's called a "dry-clutch".

  • @winterstellar

    You sure?

Because on most bikes it's on the left side. ;)

But like i said i could be wrong.

  • @epiphonesg007 Yes, I'm totally sure. The clutch basket is usually in that position on an inline engine like this, on the right or on the left, and the clutch basket is usually connected to the crankshaft with a pair/set of pinions/sprockets. I have stripped down and rebuilt a few engines, so this I know. Cheers! : )

  • @winterstellar

I thought it was the stator or clutch :p

    apparently it's the clutch :)

  • have you ever thought of putting one on the road?? or have you ever came across a road going model?

  • Once had a TZ750 frame. Sold it to Dennis Trollope!

  • I would never risk 0,001hp with taking off the air filters :p

  • OH YEAH BABY!!!!!! What a fucking beautiful bike!

  • Power Plant!!!!!

It can't be too much faster then my FZR 400 can it?

    lol

  • its a wonderful bike

  • what a lovely bike, I so thankful that people are keeping them alive

  • Nice sound! 4cyl, 2stroke?

  • I remember watching these things race back in the 80s. The TZ 250 and 350s were quick but the TZ 700 and 750 were outrageous. They were already 10 years old back then but still beating new machinery.

  • What a MONSTER. LOVE it!

  • three words.....i want one.....lol

  • Sounds like this thing is idling like a streetbike!

  • @jmshaw357 it is a street bike...

  • Lets take a poll--how many think this is a streetbike?

  • @jmshaw357

Now let's have another poll, how many think this SHOULD be a streetbike? ;)

  • haha. no.

  • wow!sweet. if it scared king kenny...thanks!

  • @gycionas16 Get a grip

  • you should check out my dt125 then.

i would say its just a normal photo camera with a crappy mic that makes it sound like shit.

  • 2 stroke

  • Gorgeous. If it aint smokin, its broken. Simply Bad ASS

  • that's a Steve Baker bike,

I mean what he did to the rest of the field at mallory park in England

in the late 70's at the race of the year was totally incredible,

he past the others in the field like a frieght train passing a tramp!

    Between Him,and Kenny Robert's,

    They were both incredible,

and Let's not leave out Fast Freddie,

even though he was on a Honda NS 500 makes no difference,

All three of them speak few word's, but out on the track watch out?

    They carry a BIG STICK!

  • God she sounds mean....

  • ahhhh i'd kill for this bike!!

    anybody you want dead? haha

  • Lectron carbs!!!!!

    Have fun...

  • awesome

  • 2 strokes POWA!!!!!!!!!!

  • where did u buy that bike would u sell it

where can i find one its awesomeness

  • Mid America Auction, Jan 2008.....Would take $ 30,000 if I were to sell it.___Thanks, Chris

  • it just sound fun

  • nice but i hate dry clutches, they sound terrible, and get dust all over

  • sounds wild like....... bulls in mating season

  • Fucking nice engine!!!!!

    2T 4ever^_^

  • Jesus christ this thing is amazing

  • this lovely exhauts...and the dy clutch sound... real deal!

  • whats the performance benefit with a dry clutch.... or if not performance, any benefit in general

  • Generally speaking, it revs quicker as there is less friction from the oil drag.

  • How many hp ?

  • to ludo49g - if memory serves...I'd say

an actual 140 bhp output back then.

I may be wrong but It basically was the result of two 350cc units reassembled together.

I remember the first TZ 700 winning the Daytona 200 with Agostini in 1974 and a

120 bhp output was claimed for its long term race modded engine.

  • Thank you for your answer !

  • that engine will blow anyone away.

  • wow what a beautiful engine note........!!!! Salvation!!!

  • I can hear his motorbike over the sound of his tamborine, ha ha.

  • lol

  • increible look my video ciao

  • Nice sound!!

  • ahhhh dry clutch

  • Rattletrap

  • 750 2 stroke i have never seen a bike like this :X

  • SAE papers:

    2001-01-1859

    2003-32-0074

    2008-32-0031

If I'm wrong it's news to the SAE.

  • Amazing bike, i reall love these things...

The last 3 comments... = good

the ones before that .... wtf dont start with that global warming government fear mongering through media brain washing bollox!... this vid is about this bike, 2 strokes will never die!

  • that thing is awesome

  • a thing of beauty!

  • top man,top bike

  • Shit,

    I love two strokes.

But they are so bad for the environment, I will keep my four stroke VFR.

  • goverments are bad for the enviroment , if only they practiced what they preached. its the public who suffer. long live the 2/

  • All of the two stroke motorcycles, chain saws, lawn mowers, weed eaters, RC airplanes, RC cars and cows farts in a year don't pollute as much as a one day volcanic erruption. Don't buy into the progaganda because next they will insist on catalytic converters on your scooter...

  • Well, I think we should reduce our CO2 emissions. I don't buy on the propaganda. Ecologists groups have nothing to win in that hole climate change warning. There is a lot more people profiting if you act like there is no global warming...

I love two strokes, I had a 1984 rz350 when I was younger and it was my favourite bike of all time. I am not telling you people to get rid of your bikes...I do it for myself, I am happy with the idea of taking care of my son's planet.

  • Please keep in mind there are 6+ billion people exhaling every second, sending CO2 into the atmosphere. It's not a pollutant. Without it, life on this planet ceases to exist, human or not. I beg to differ, Al Gore has a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT to gain, The reason I know this because the euphemism has now changed from "Global Warming" to "Global Climate Change", I wonder why??? Cabritorsss is correct, one eruption from Tuba or Krakatoa and this debate is a waste of time.

  • Ecologist groups such as Greenpeace are talking about climate change since the mid 1980's. I don't care about Al Gore...

And yes Co2 is needed for life, but not in that quantity. I've been studying climate change on every angle ( that is my job ). Now, I don't want to debate on all of this, I love two stokes engines, as we all do, but I'll keep myself from owning one. That was my original comment and I never thought we will be discussing about it.

  • you do realize that modern 2-stroke emit less CO2 than modern 4-stroke right?

  • I do realize that you're wrong.

  • I never intended telling anyone of you to stop riding your two strokes, just do what you like and what you think.

    Peace

  • Fair enough.

  • Beautiful bike, PErfect color, awesome sound

  • spank it mate,grrrrrrr8 soundddddddddddddd

  • I love you Aussies!!!!

    Please stay with us Yanks

    during the HARD times.

  • love it

  • Yammie 2 smokes RULE!!

I was around when those TZ's were racing, and I've seen Roberts and Lawson on the OW69's at Daytona.

    I have a Yellow RZ350 I bought new in 1984...

    I love Yamahas!!

  • I've just been sick in my pants

  • oh ok fellas, whys everyone saying take the end cans off? surely it will sound too noisey and be well peakey?

  • cluth sounds good all dry clutches sound like that

  • lovely bike mate clutch sounds f@@@ed though!!!

  • Its got a Dry clutch Like Ducati's have

  • Sorry, also just want to ad: Immaculate TZ!

  • Was it originally mono-shock?

  • That's how I got it from the auction.

The other 2 bikes were twin shock.

This one a year later model than the other 2 , but may also have an aftermarket frame.

  • Doesnt it get very hot with the exhaust pipe just next to your thigh?

  • No......The leathers insulate the leg, and 2 stroke exhaust pipes don't get as hot as a 4 stroke exhaust.

  • nice bloody nice

  • That's "lear" jets, sorry.

  • We can all thank the Al Gore eco-nazis for their banishment. Meanwhile, their oh so eco friendly ler jets just keep on truckin'.....pathetic.
