You can get it in a store or on the internet, with money. No, you can't get it on PS2, to the best of my knowledge.

I have Jedi Academy installed, but every time I try to launch it (with the disk working) it says wrong disk inserted. I have it on drive E because it's torrent downloaded.

just type jedi academy mods in Google and take a look at the websites that show up. it took me several days to find that mod so i can't remember the exact site, sorry :-)
